As an Orders & Returns Specialist (f/m/d), you are an essential part of our fulfillment team and the central hub for a smooth flow of our goods. You understand our processes holistically—from the initial support ticket and monitoring customer orders to managing Amazon shipments and returns. You don’t just see yourself as someone handling administrative tasks; you actively communicate with our logistics partners, reevaluate existing workflows, and take responsibility for transport coordination. This is your chance to actively help shape the future of Nuki.
Your Role
* You keep a close eye on all customer orders, proactively coordinating with our partners to resolve any ambiguities or delays and ensure a seamless delivery process.
* You independently process support tickets in close coordination with our Customer Support team, ensuring fast and precise resolutions.
* You manage the end-to-end processing of Amazon shipments and returns, collaborating closely with our Sales and Finance teams to optimize marketplace goods flow.
* You take part in transport management. As a competent representative, you handle the scheduling and coordination of shipments and manage our logistics partners.
* You maintain our ERP system, generate reports, and monitor operational KPIs (widgets). You ensure that the data foundation for our processes is always accurate.
* You critically question existing workflows, identify weak links in the chain, and actively drive improvements.
Job Requirements
* You have initial professional experience in returns processing and inventory management, particularly within an e-commerce environment.
* A completed education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (e.g., apprenticeship/LAP, technical school) is an advantage.
* You are comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions regarding transport planning.
* You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, stay focused on the essentials, and are willing to go the extra mile.
* You enjoy working in a structured manner with ticketing systems, ERP software, and performance metrics.
* You critically question the status quo and proactively seek efficient solutions rather than settling for "how it's always been done."
* You have excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus.
