Accounting and Front Office Management (f/m/x)

In this exciting position, you will combine bookkeeping with front‑office management, acting as an important contact point within the company.
Employment type: Full‑time.
Responsibilities
* Independently handle ongoing bookkeeping (incoming invoices, bank accounts, cash register)
* Account reconciliation and monitoring of open items
* Telephone and email correspondence
* Reception and support for visitors
* Support with administrative and organisational tasks in day‑to‑day business
Qualifications
* Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA, HLW or similar)
* Professional experience in a commercial role
* Accounting skills and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
* Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
* Good command of English
* Enjoy working with people and have a strong service‑oriented approach, as well as a friendly, well‑presented attitude and team spirit
* Demonstrate specialist knowledge and the ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable way

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €2 728 gross per month (excluding overtime).
