The focus of the position will be the support of the Central Cluster commercial and marketing manager in all sales and marketing related tasks.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesBe our Central Cluster distributors' first point of contact for all activities in line with all enabling functions (order management, forecasts, bonus, credit notes, payment, contracts, etc.)Analyse forecasts, sales and the distributor's inventory status in order to anticipate customer needs and adjust if neededSupport Commercial and Marketing manager in order to reach targetsEstimate monthly and quarterly turnover by following order processRisk Assessment with SCM Manager during S&OP meetingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Economics3+ years' experience in an export assistant position or similar role. Knowledge of Export techniques is an advantageForecast understanding, commercial and customer sense, team spirit, ability to prioritize and work on several topics in parallelAdvanced use of MS Office (especially Excel is a must), SAP knowledge is desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, speaking any Adriatic or Baltic language is an advantagePlease note that employment takes place via one of our external partners.
