Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will lead ENGSO’s projects and coordinate partners to deliver impactful activities and results. You will oversee timelines and budgets, organise onsite and online events, and ensure all outcomes align with ENGSO’s values and Policy Programme, promoting grassroots sport as a driver of social development. You will also contribute actively to project communication and work closely with the Head of Programmes and Equality.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all aspects of project management in line with the approved description, budget, and timeline, ensuring that objectives, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
* When ENGSO is the coordinator, lead and motivate a consortium of partner organisations to achieve shared goals.
* Contribute to the creation, review, and refinement of project deliverables—such as educational materials, policy papers, guidelines, and reports—ensuring accuracy, coherence, and alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
* Represent the projects through effective communication, marketing, and presentations at meetings, events, and conferences.
* Maintain regular communication with ENGSO and report to the supervisor on project progress and outcomes.
* Assist the Head of Programmes in implementing project and equality initiatives, including preparing project proposals, contributing to publications, and providing support during coordination meetings.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
* Track record of contributing to initiatives that promote equality, inclusion, and safeguarding.
* Proven organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages are an asset.
* Experience in sport and civil society is a requirement.
* Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, remote team environment.

What We Offer

* A meaningful role in a European organisation with societal impact.
* Opportunities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Flexible working arrangements and travel opportunities in Europe.
* A supportive, inclusive, and inspiring team!
