At g-Xperts, we help international clients keep their location data up to date on Google Maps and other relevant web mapping platforms. Our clients can respond to thousands of reviews in real time and use our tools to deeply analyze their data. We are one of the most important Google Maps Platform partners in Central Europe and support our clients with commitment and technical expertise.

To strengthen our team we are immediately looking for a person as

Product Owner

for our office in Vienna in full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Do you want to shape the way we serve our clients and work closely with a dynamic, international team? Do you enjoy managing product priorities, improving user experiences, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to turn ideas into tangible results?

As a Product Owner in our g-Xperts team, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire product life cycle. You will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with the engineering team, customer service, and sales team. Your contribution will be important in achieving partner and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the product supports g-Xperts' overall strategy and goals. What you bring along:

* You have completed technical studies or comparable training and are looking for an exciting opportunity to put your skills to use.
* You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an IT product owner or a similar role, and you're eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
* You are an independent self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving goals.
* You have experience in requirements engineering, software design, and the development process, and you're passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems.
* You have a strong product mindset and are genuinely passionate about building great products that create value for users.
* You are proficient in working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* You are fluent in English - German language skills would be a plus.
* You have basic programming skills.

* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring the development team understands the requirements.
* Be responsible for the backlog in Jira according to stakeholders' expectations, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure product development is aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
* Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback to continually improve the product.
* Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
* Anticipate and ensure a smooth roll-out for the best customer journey, considering customer support and sales activities.
* Collaborate with the Scrum Master in organizing meetings such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Estimation Sessions to deliver a high-quality product.

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position (on a full-time basis) is at least € 3,843 gross per month if the qualifications are met in full. However, we're committed to fair compensation and recognize the value of experience and qualifications.
