About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major WA organisation delivering complex technology integrations and transformation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large program of work with significant impact across multiple business units. You'll play a critical role in mapping business processes, building governance frameworks, and developing policies to support technology integrations across multiple projects. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage competing priorities, and is confident engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Map and document end-to-end business processes for technology projects.
* Develop and implement governance structures and policies for tech integrations.
* Gather and analyse business requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
* Drive process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
* Support project delivery across a large pipeline of work.
* Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
About You
* Proven experience in Australia as a Senior BA in complex environments.
* Strong background in process mapping, policy development, and governance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience in large-scale technology projects highly desirable.
* Knowledge of safety standards and exposure to construction or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
