All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
IN A NUTSHELL
You'll be responsible for talent management and coordination of HQ-led Players, ensuring smooth collaboration with them and their initiatives, through successful delivery of projects, in alignment with Red Bull's Global Gaming strategy.
PLAYERS MANAGEMENT
You'll proactively manage selected Red Bull Players day-to-day, handling everything from contract negotiations to onsite follow-up, as well as support the planning, execution, and follow-up of HQ-led Players and their key projects. You'll assist in scouting, onboarding, and nurturing new Red Bull Players to expand the program's reach and impact.
COLLABORATION
You'll ensure brand alignment and consistent communication across all Red Bull Player initiatives. You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders, both at HQ and in local markets, to ensure seamless delivery of player projects and campaigns.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* 2–4 years work experience in talent management, influencer marketing, gaming/esports, or entertainment industries
* Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Science or related
* Fluent English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus
* Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with gaming talents internationally
* Innovative thinker with a proven track record in designing, launching, and communicating engaging gaming products and marketing initiatives, supported by excellent presentation skills
* Passion for gaming and content creation, combined with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset that drives impactful work with internal and external stakeholders
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
