Requirements
Self-responsibility for bar service
Cocktail, wine, beverage, and coffee service
Assistance in wine and beverage service during the evening gourmet menu
Bar service in the evening and closing duties of the bar
Mise-en-place work for the bar
Assistance with various buffets such as cakes and snacks in case of bad weather
Cleaning tasks in the bar area
Qualifications
Warmth & joy in delighting our small & large guests
Completed vocational training and/or relevant work experience
Good to very good beverage knowledge
Team spirit
Secure communication in German & English; additional languages advantageous
