Key Facts
* Duration: starting July 2026 for a period of 1 year
* Work location: primarily remote – attendance at the company site in Salzburg by agreement (approx. 1–2 times per month)
* Working hours: minimum 30 hours up to full-time
* Compensation: gross €1,600.00 per month based on full-time employment
Tasks
* Support in coordinating ESG‑related customer requests for documents and data (e.g. policies, questionnaires, certificates, etc.)
* Contribution to the annual EcoVadis ESG-Rating submission as well as the annual ESG reporting
* Maintenance, structuring, and updating of the central ESG document handbook (policies, manuals, guidelines, training materials)
* Support of internal and external sustainability communications (e.g. intranet posts, articles, website content)
* Active involvement in the coordination, support, and further development of the global sustainability-community (“ESG Champions”)
* Support in ESG risk management, particularly in relation to deforestation‑free supply chains (EUDR) & Supply Chain Due Dilligence
* Close collaboration with internal departments and international teams
Skills
* Ongoing or completed studies in sustainability, environmental management, food technology, business administration, or a related field
* Ideally, basic knowledge of project management and/or change management
* Very good German and English skills
* Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong interest in ESG topics and sustainable food production
* Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive way of working
