Your responsibilities The Bernecky group aims to uncover critical mechanisms of RNA regulation during and after transcription. We use purification, reconstitution, and biochemical and structural analysis (particularly cryo-EM) to characterize protein-nucleic acid complexes and investigate their function. We are looking for a self-motivated, efficient, and reliable technician to provide research support for a project in which we investigate the activity and structure of a chromatin-binding multisubunit protein complex.
