Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with new business development focus to take up commercial and operational responsibility for the assigned countries in Europe. In this role, you will drive sustainable growth by enabling local sales teams with market intelligence, offer/tendering leadership and strong customer engagement, while ensuring disciplined planning, forecasting, and governance on strategic opportunities and long‑term account development.

The role is contributing to the Motion High Power division globally.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
* Sales Strategy & Performance Ownership: Leading regional sales planning end‑to‑end, setting and executing targets, managing key accounts, and driving growth through structured account development and budget discipline.
* Offer Leadership & Deal Execution: Overseeing complex pursuit processes, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering competitive, high‑quality proposals to maximize win rates.
* Forecasting, Pipeline & Profitability Management: Ensuring accurate forecasting and strong pipeline health, driving corrective actions, and optimizing pricing, margins, and sales mix for sustainable performance.
* Customer Engagement & Market Insight: Engaging customers through technical discussions and negotiations, while leveraging market and competitor intelligence to shape strategy and strengthen positioning.
Qualifications For The Role
* Minimum 8‑10 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing or other relevant fields.
* Knowledge of large electric drives and motors technology and applications.
* International experience in dealing with global companies with decision makers located in different regions and matrix organizations.
* BS/MS Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
* Strong strategic sales & commercial acumen (pricing, margins, deal structuring), with a focus on new business development.
* Proven tender/pursuit leadership for complex, high‑value solution deals.
* Advanced stakeholder management & influencing skills in a matrix organization.
* Excellent data‑driven pipeline & forecasting discipline (e.g., SFDC).
* Ability in customer value selling & high‑level negotiations (technical + commercial).Solid influencing skills, flexibility and well accustomed to long sales cycles.
* Fluent English language skills.
