We’re looking for an experienced Multi-site Operations Manager to take the reins across multiple high-performing venues. Reporting to the COO and working as part of our Senior Leadership Team, this role is all about empowering people, elevating standards, and driving exceptional performance.
You’ll be a trusted leader, hands‑on operator, and commercial thinker who thrives on mentoring teams, making strategic decisions, and ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily operations across multiple venues with a focus on service excellence, sales and profitability
* Drive revenue forecasting and stay ahead of market changes
* Build a strong leadership team for each venue. Support your Management teams with recruitment of appropriately skilled staff for front of house whilst providing ongoing development and training.
* Maintain service standards, product consistency, and team training
* Work closely with the Exec Chef and Group Bar Manager to create menus, along with working with other senior management like Venue and General Managers to ensure rostering is on track, wage costs and of COG'S
* Monitor performance and implement initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement
* Drive compliance across WHS, hygiene, and operational best practice and duty of care.
* Organise marketing activities such as promotional events and advertising in line with agreed budgets.
* In conjunction with other Managers, foster and maintain good public relations and community engagement
* Provide support to the Sales and Marketing team
* Lead by example, drive a positive, accountable, high energy culture
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years in a similar multi-venue Hospitality Operational role
* Proven leadership experience in high-volume, premium hospitality environments
* Strong commercial acumen and performance mindsetConfident decision-making and a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Hospitality Diploma or relevant business qualifications (desirable)
