Join our Legal Team as an In-house Legal Counsel and support RedBull’s business units in the fast-evolving areas of Legal Tech and Digital Law.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside a team of legal experts, contributing to the development and rollout of both existing and new technology-driven and digital business models.
Responsibilities
* You’ll be part of one of RedBull’s Legal Centers of Expertise focused on Media, Marketing, and IT. Your role will center around becoming a trusted expert on legal matters relating to IT, Artificial Intelligence, and Gaming & Esports. You’ll dive into a wide range of innovative projects involving digitization and emerging technologies, maintaining in-depth insight and delivering expert legal support.
* You’ll also be expected to take ownership of initiatives, collaborating closely with business and support teams to co-create and drive governance and legal frameworks, enabling the responsible adoption of technologies, including AI—always aligned with internal standards and business priorities.
* As a Legal Business Partner, you’ll provide hands-on legal and project support for initiatives across our diverse business landscape. You’ll proactively monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory developments, translating them into practical advice that safeguards the business and fosters innovation.
* Additionally, you’ll lead and/or support the drafting, review, and negotiation of technology and media-related agreements, including but not limited to SaaS Agreements, App Development Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, Event Organizer Agreements, and Production Services Agreements, etc.
* In addition to providing legal guidance, you’ll be responsible for managing specific projects related to emerging technologies and AI governance, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure product and project development aligns with applicable digital laws.
* You’ll also plan, track, and drive the delivery of key documentation projects, ensuring adherence to evolving legal standards in digitization and emerging technologies.
* You’ll be responsible for drafting governance documentation, such as policies and guidelines, and for implementing legal processes and workflows that support business and operational needs, particularly in the context of new technologies and AI governance.
Minimum Requirements
* Min. 2 years relevant working legal experience, gained at a big consulting firm, law firm, and/or in-house
* Profound knowledge in civil law and a keen sense for legal contexts
* Interest and ability to analyze new technologies and innovative products from a legal perspective
* Strong problem-solving skills and legal judgment, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively toward solutions.
* Highly adaptable and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle pressure and provide thoughtful recommendations.
* A can-do attitude - proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally - with a team-first mindset.
* Structured and organized personality, able to maintain attention to detail and effectively manage priorities.
* Travel 0-10%
