We are seeking a solution-oriented 2nd Level System Engineer for Access Management in Sports & Entertainment, focusing on Ski Resorts. This role offers the opportunity to support the reliable operation of access systems globally, including our latest technologies.
Your Responsibilities
* Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to development teams, subsidiaries, and partners worldwide to ensure seamless access management solutions.
* Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth operation of customer installations.
* Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical training sessions (online and face-to-face) and maintain our knowledge database.
* Global Collaboration: Collaborate with our 27 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners, ensuring adherence to internal standards and processes.
* System Optimization: Support both standard and custom solutions primarily through remote support using your technical expertise.
Your Profile
* Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH) in system engineering or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in system engineering or similar roles.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, SQL Server, and networking.
* Experience with cloud services and hardware components (e.g., boards, firmware).
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
* Strong problem-solving skills and deep understanding of system architecture.
* Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge and learn.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% for projects and client support.
* Proficiency in English and German.

Salary
Market-aligned, starting from €2,471 gross/month (full-time), with actual salary above the minimum based on experience and qualifications.
