Tasks
• Support the project management of (large-scale) construction projects during the planning and implementation phases. • Assistance with cost, schedule, and quality assurance. • Support in the request, commissioning, and invoicing of planning and construction services in construction projects. • Participation in reporting and the preparation of committee reports. • Support in the coordination of external partners (planners, suppliers, contractors). • Assistance in the condition monitoring of construction sites.
Requirements
• Studies in architecture, civil engineering, or construction project management or a comparable degree program with a focus on construction/real estate. • Initial practical experience in the form of internships is desirable. • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. • Independent and structured working style. • Good organizational skills. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Good to very good German language skills.For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
