In this role, you'll support the team with daily operations, coordination, and project execution. You'll help streamline processes, ensure smooth communication, and assist team leads with organizational tasks. Operational CoordinationProvide daily administrative support to the Head of Demand Center and team leads, including meeting organization, agenda preparation, and follow-ups. Marketing & Communications AssistanceSupport the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and reports, and help maintain internal communication channels (newsletters, intranet, updates). Cross-Functional CollaborationSchedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, assist in onboarding processes, and maintain team structures and workflows. Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage templates and shared resources, and maintain trackers and dashboards for project visibility. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in a similar support, coordination, or administrative role within Marketing, Communications, or related functions. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Trello, Asana) is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3.300,- is expected.
