As a Digital Content Designer and Developer, you’ll combine creativity and technology to design and manage dynamic content that enhances learning and communication for Medicine teams globally. Tasks & Responsibilities
* Design and develop digital content: Create and update engaging content for websites, SharePoint, LMP, LxP, or other digital platforms to support global learning and communication.
* Produce multimedia learning materials: Develop e‑learning modules, videos, and other multimedia assets that enhance organizational learning and knowledge sharing.
* Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business needs and quality standards.
* Drive best practices in UX and accessibility: Advise on and implement best practices for content design, user experience, accessibility, and usability across digital solutions.
* Manage digital content projects: Oversee projects from concept to delivery, including outsourcing processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Web Development, Communications, or a related field.
* At least 3 years’ experience with multimedia content production (video editing, motion graphics, audio).
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Articulate, AI tools such as Synthesia, Hey GEN, etc.; video creation and post‑production and familiarity with e‑learning tools (e.g., Articulate), LMS & LxP platforms, and experience in developing and maintaining innovative learning content across digital platforms.
* Creative and innovative mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to handle multiple projects end to end with competing deadlines in an Agile environment. Mastery of English language, both written and spoken, is essential.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 59,400 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
