We are looking for a German-speaking B2B Sales Development Representative to join us (in Vienna or Dublin) on this exciting journey
YOUR MISSION
As a B2B Sales Development Representative, you are the engine of our growth. You won't just be making calls; you'll be using a world-class tech stack to identify high-value opportunities and initiate strategic conversations with global decision-makers.
In this role, you will:
Master the Tech Stack: Leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline and Gong to analyze your conversations, refine your pitch, and accelerate your professional development.
Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage C-level stakeholders in the DACH region.
Collaborate with AEs: Work in lockstep with Account Executives to map out target accounts and build \"winning\" entry strategies.
Needs Discovery: Use proven sales methodologies to uncover pain points in complex global supply chains.
Own Your Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves:
Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales development or a high-growth SaaS environment.
Language: Native-level German and professional-level English (written and verbal).
Communication: A natural communicator who thrives on the phone and can navigate objections with ease.
Resilience: A \"hunter\" mindset with a passion for winning and a desire to build a career in tech sales.
Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Vienna or Dublin.
Valid work permit for Austria OR Ireland
Bonus Points:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
A genuine interest in AI, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), or Supply Chain Logistics.

In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 2,473 per month. However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
