What you will do at Skyside as Office Administration specialist...
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Manage correspondence (email, phone, mail) and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Prepare documents, presentations, and basic reports
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and office logistics
Support HR, finance, or management with administrative tasks as required
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and support process improvements

Your profile may include...
(but does not require)
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in office administration
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Confident handling of common office software (e.g. MS Office or similar tools)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Reliable, structured, and service-oriented working style
Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage, but not required
