In Order Processing, we ensure that orders are processed efficiently, reliably, and on time. We coordinate all steps from order receipt to invoicing and ensure that the necessary flow of information and processes function smoothly across teams.
Your Tasks
* International order processing with MED-EL subsidiaries, distributors, and clinics
* Order acceptance, verification, entry, and delivery planning
* Preparation for commissioning
* Creation of delivery notes and invoices in the ERP system
* Coordination and processing of sales-related inquiries from internal departments and sales areas
Your Profile
* Completed commercial education (HAK/HAS, apprenticeship or equivalent)
* Initial professional experience in a similar field is an advantage
* Team-oriented personality
* Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
* Accurate, structured, and reliable way of working

Further Information
Minimum Salary:
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 38,183,60.
