Senior Cybersecurity Governance Analyst (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
* Leading the development and ongoing maintenance of information security and privacy policies, aligned with GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, and industry best practices
* Guiding technical and business stakeholders on implementing compliant, secure, and privacy-conscious systems and processes
* Managing risk assessments, vendor approvals, and internal governance projects
* Building and tracking security and privacy KPIs, reporting them with clarity and impact
* Supporting awareness and training initiatives to foster a security-first culture
* Driving improvements in our security and privacy practices in response to regulatory changes and the evolving threat landscape
* Partnering across departments to embed security and privacy into how we do business
* Helping shape our team culture
Your Profile
* Proven senior-level experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC and including privacy-related roles. Deep understanding of information security principles, risk management, and privacy compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.)
* Experience conducting risk assessments, vendor reviews, and implementing security/privacy by design
* A consultative mindset — you explain, influence, and educate without preaching
* The ability to translate complex legal or technical requirements into clear, actionable steps
* Fluent spoken and written English — you\'ll be working in an international environment
* Bonus: relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc.)
