Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) you will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting while monitoring the processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Reconcile accounts, clarify differences and manage G/L accounts.
* Manage national and international payment transactions and keep an eye on OP lists.
* Act as the first point of contact for our tax office and for auditors.
* Coordinate with our tax office on IFRS account management and on the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS.
* Act as a key user in our ERP system.
Projects You Will Support
* Budget and forecast preparation
* Continuous analysis of the accounts
* Further development of cost center and cost unit controlling together with the Head of Finance
What You Bring With You
* Experience in production or in the warehouse
* Skilled with your hands and confident with work equipment and machines
* Work reliably, carefully and keep track of several tasks
* Physically fit and enjoy hands‑on work
* Enjoy working in a team and actively support it in everyday work
Additional Requirements
* Strong knowledge of German, both written and spoken
* Confident in using basic digital tools (e.g. scanners, simple PC applications)
* Some experience with warehouse management systems
* Work reliably, punctually and responsibly
* Keep your workplace tidy and clean
* Handle materials and products carefully
