Research Software Engineer (f/m/x) The Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities (ACDH), a research institute of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (OeAW), Austria’s leading non-university research institution, is seeking a Research Software Engineer (f/m/x) with focus on Python (20h-40h per week) You will join an internationally networked team, pursuing research at the intersection between information and communication technology and humanities studies. Your work will be focused on the development and project-specific adaption of APIS, the software framework behind PFP – Prosopographical Research Platform Austria, an infrastructure to aggregate, visualise, publish, and analyse prosopographic data which is being developed at the research unit Digital Humanities Research and Infrastructure. Besides contributing to the development of PFP, you will use the APIS stack to develop semantically rich knowledge bases for research projects.
