From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a Creative Director for a Lifestyle Brand, based in Austria.
Our client has a successful worldwide online presence, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000 retail and branded stores.
Role Responsibilities:
As a creative Director reporting to the founder, you will define and drive the brand’s creative vision across all channels and markets. You’ll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, from art direction and copywriting to campaign ideation and content production, ensuring bold, distinctive storytelling that reflects our values and fuels our global growth.
You’re a strategic thinker and a cultural connector who turns insight into breakthrough ideas. You’ll translate the brand strategy into compelling creative concepts, oversee all executions, and partner closely with marketing, design, and product teams to bring the brand to life at every touchpoint.
Creative Strategy & Vision
* Set the creative direction and narrative framework across campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
* Develop bold ideas and brand storytelling that build equity and inspire consumer love.
* Translate marketing objectives into culturally relevant, visually distinctive creative platforms.
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and freelancers.
* Create an environment of high creative standards, continuous improvement, and trust.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Retail, and E-Commerce teams.
Executional Oversight
* Oversee the creative pipeline – from concept to execution – across digital, retail, OOH, motion, and experiential.
* Ensure all output ladders up to the brand identity and long-term vision.
* Provide strong, clear feedback to ensure consistent excellence and cohesion.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with Marketing/ Product Marketing to build campaigns aligned with business and consumer goals.
* Present and sell ideas to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Lead agency briefing and creative alignment across global partners.
* 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, with deep exposure to brand, campaign, and digital storytelling.
* Proven track record of building and scaling lifestyle or consumer-facing brands.
* Exceptional creative instincts and conceptual thinking.
* Experience managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams.
* Excellent storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Global mindset; fluent in English; other languages a plus.
