Skill Check
* Completed technical or business education
* Professional experience in quality management
* Assertiveness with a confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
* Knowledge of various quality methods and tools
* Good command of English, both spoken and written
Challenge Check
* Leading a small team
* Quality interface for all project-related quality issues during the product launch at the manufacturing site
* Responsible for internal product and process approval
* Conducting internal audits and supporting customer audits
* Coordination and handling of internal complaints according to the 8D methodology
* Conducting statistical analyses and KPI monitoring
* Coordination of sorting and disposal
