We are looking for the newest member for Sales & Network Director position.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the sales & network department, driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, setting quotas, and building up a team
Forecasting, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and overseeing all sales & network operations
Advising and coaching team and partners on their day-to-day sales tasks, reporting to Brand Director
Negotiate with the manufacturer
Plan, execute all campaigns
Applying for sales subsidies for importers
Work close with the marketing department by suggesting campaigns and attending client events
Steer the work of the network development by monitoring and maintaining standards and increasing the productivity of partners
Constant evaluation of the dealer network in terms of sales/stock/CI implementation
Preparation of sales activities and strategic campaigns
Preparation of sales reports/plans
Creation of stock & pipeline reports in cooperation with the sales team
Helping the company to optimize the efficiency of its processes and its communication in the local market
Ideal Candidate
University degree with License
Experience in similar position 4 years
Experience in automotive industry is mandatory
Sales and Negotiation skills
Driving license - B
