Your tasks:
* You will provide customers with technical advice on products, systems, and solutions and clarify requirements in close coordination with the sales team (key account management).
* You will prepare and calculate quotations and technical concepts and ensure compliance with calculation specifications in coordination with the internal sales team.
* You will manage customer data and sales documents and be responsible for creating orders in the system.
* You will accompany projects from the pre‑sales phase to handover, support the project teams with quotations, renegotiations, and customer interaction, and act as a sparring partner for the specialist departments.
* You will be responsible for creating and managing the 3D sales models (Solidworks & AutoCAD).
* You create layouts in the sales phase and during project implementation, working closely with the technical department.
What you bring to the table:
* You have completed your education (apprenticeship, HTL or FH), ideally with a technical background, and have a commercial understanding.
* You have already gained experience in internal sales or in a comparable interface function.
* Ideally, you have very good knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD and experience in creating layouts.
* You work accurately, in a structured and careful manner – both independently and as part of a team.
* You are service‑ and customer‑oriented, sociable, and confident in acting as an internal and external interface.
* You have negotiation skills in German and English, are resilient, flexible, and solution‑oriented.

We are required to state the minimum base salary for this position. Depending on your education and professional qualifications, this starts at €40,000 per year according to the collective agreement for the metal industry. The actual classification and thus also the income always depends on your professional qualifications and work experience!
