Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities — all from the office
* Independently process and qualify inbound leads: initial contact, needs analysis, and documentation
* Prepare offers and either continue the customer relationship yourself or hand it over to our field sales managers
* Organize webinars for product presentations (online)
* Maintain and further develop our sales CRM system
* Monitor the market and conduct market research to identify new potential
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize the lead pipeline
Requirements:
* Instead of waiting for leads, the initiative is taken to reach out by phone — and missing information about prospects is proactively sought out
* A minimum of three years’ experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred. Less experience is welcome if backed by strong motivation and a compelling profile
* Fluency in both German and English is required; additional languages are an advantage
* Confidence in customer communication, an ability to recognize client needs, and the skills to provide independent advice are essential
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce is expected
* A solid understanding of the football market, especially European football, is beneficial
* A proactive mindset, structured work style, and the ability to stay calm in dynamic environments are important
* An analytical approach helps in recognizing market potential and customer needs early on
