Join our team at INNIO We're looking for a Training Project Specialist (m/f/d) to help shape our learning programs.At INNIO we offer you:An innovative and international working environmentHome Office & flexible working time model (depending on position and role)Health We Care Program - including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport - station in direct proximityTransportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various mealsAttractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitiesYour Responsibilities:Manage and update our product training portfolio, including new product introductions, in 6 languagesAnalyze training needs and requirements using existing toolsCollaborate with subject matter experts to define effective learning objectivesDevelop engaging eLearning and classroom materials with authoring tools like Knowledge Worker, Adobe Suite, Vyond, and ArticulateProduce and edit training videos and podcastsCoordinate and document all necessary approvalsLaunch and promote training programs in INNIO's Learning Management System (LMS)Support and test implementation of improvements to our LMS and training websitesGather and review feedback to continuously improve training content and the course creation processMentor junior team members and share best practicesAdhere to INNIO's environmental, health, integrity, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)Your Profile:Strong proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop), and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)Understanding of adult learning and development in organizationsExperience with Learning Management Systems, authoring tools, web technologies, AI tools and AR/VR is a plusSolid engine knowledge; Jenbacher engine experience is an advantageExcellent communication skills in German and English, further languages are an advantageStrong customer focus and ability to work independentlyProblem-solving skills and willingness to implement new ideas (including AI)The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.728,36gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
