Growth Marketing Manager
We are hiring an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Seekda in Vienna as we embark on our next exciting growth journey! This is a hands‑on growth role. You’ll build and run Seekda’s marketing activities with minimal outsourcing, generate MQLs, accelerate the sales pipeline and support market entry in several European regions. The right candidate thrives in a lean environment, can juggle strategy and execution, and has the operational discipline to measure everything.
Seekda is a hospitality SaaS platform used by independent hotels across Europe. We provide a booking engine, channel manager, AI‑guest engagement tools, a PMS for small and mid‑sized hotels, and integrated payments. We hold a strong position in Austria and are expanding into Germany, the UK, Italy, the Nordics and the Middle East.
Seekda was acquired by Valsoft and is now part of the Aspire Software portfolio. What Your Day Will Look Like
Demand Generation and Funnel Growth
* Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns including email, paid search, social, retargeting and partner campaigns.
* Build and optimise landing pages and lead capture flows.
* Develop lead nurturing sequences for inbound and outbound audiences.
* Run experiments to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Content Creation and Execution
* Produce high‑quality content without heavy agency support, including case studies, product one‑pagers, email sequences, blog posts and social content.
* Localise content for key markets with support from internal teams.
* Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with product releases and GTM priorities.
Marketing Operations and Analytics
* Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, scoring, segmentation and reporting.
* Set up dashboards for MQL volume, conversion rates, CAC and attribution.
* Track performance of all campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
Website and Digital Experience
* Maintain and update the Seekda website using CMS tools.
* Improve SEO performance through on‑page optimisation and targeted content.
* Work with product and design teams to improve UX and messaging consistency.
Field Marketing and Market Entry Support
* Coordinate local events, webinars and partner co‑marketing campaigns.
* Produce collateral for specific regions such as Germany, Italy, the UK and the Nordics.
* Work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with ICP and pipeline priorities.
About You
Must‑Have
* 3+ years in growth, digital or performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
* A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
* Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketing.
* Proven experience generating a pipeline in lean environments with minimal external support.
* Proven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go‑to‑market / new product environment.
* Hands‑on execution skills across content creation, digital advertising, email marketing and marketing automation.
* Strong marketing platform experience (HubSpot preferred) – workflows, scoring, analytics, automation.
* Ability to manage campaigns across multiple European markets.
* Strong copywriting and content development capability.
* Analytical mindset with comfort working with dashboards, metrics and attribution.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results.
* Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget.
* Great attention to detail and planning skills.
* Strong work ethic, organized, and focused.
* At least advanced professional level of English, written and verbal, is essential.
* Legally authorised to work in Austria.
Nice‑to‑Have
* Experience in hospitality tech, travel tech or vertical SaaS.
* Professional level of German, written and verbal.
* Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe.
* Experience supporting outbound SDR programs.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
* MQL growth: consistent month‑over‑month increase.
* Pipeline contribution: marketing‑sourced pipeline reaching 25–30 percent of total.
* Conversion rate lift: visible improvements across website, landing pages and email sequences.
* Cost efficiency: campaigns delivered with minimal outsourcing and competitive CAC.
* Local market traction: campaigns running successfully in at least 3 new countries.
