Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, providing consulting, coaching, and end‑to‑end HR lifecycle support.
Drive change and organizational development initiatives, including org design, workshops, and transformation projects.
Lead and support talent management processes such as succession planning, career development, and capability-building measures.
Oversee HR controlling activities, including FTE planning, KPI‑based performance steering, and collaboration with Finance.
Contribute to global HR projects (e.g., engagement surveys, job grading) and ensure effective cooperation with the works council.
Your Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international matrix organization.
Academic degree in HR, social sciences, organizational development, psychology, or a related field.
Ideally certified in systemic coaching, organizational development, and/or conflict management.
Strong communication skills, empathy, integrity, and a solution‑oriented working style, with excellent intercultural competence.
Very good German and English skills, strong knowledge of Austrian labor law; familiarity with the metal industry collective agreement is a plus.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60 962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
