Responsibilities
* High-performance frontend development of digital products – from classic corporate websites to complex eCommerce platforms and data-driven interactive dashboards
* Analyze frontend project requirements and evaluate the appropriate frontend architecture with the Lead Developer
* Manage complete projects within interdisciplinary teams (frontend/backend developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and more)
* Independently develop HTML/CSS/JavaScript modules
* Implement sophisticated animation and design concepts with data-driven optimization
* Continuously improve digital products used daily by thousands of international users
* Take on technical responsibility within projects – mentoring, code reviews, and sharing best practices
* Gradually assume leadership tasks with the goal of developing into a Lead role
* Ongoing development and re-evaluation of the frontend technology stack
What you can contribute
* Excellent skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6
* Knowledge of frontend tools such as TypeScript, SASS, Tailwind, Storybook, or Vite
* Experience with or strong interest in modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue or React)
* Solid understanding of UX/UI challenges, web performance, browser compatibility, and accessibility
* Experience in integrating web services
* Strong sense for team and project leadership with motivation to share knowledge
* Confidence, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills
* Degree in Multimedia/Informatics or a comparable qualification
* 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar position within the digital environment
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) for a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
