Job Description
The Manager, EMEA Experience Hub, will redefine our services model and improve our internal stakeholder satisfaction in the EMEA region.
You will lead the evolution of the EMEA Experience Hub to a modern best-in-class event support, demo strategy execution organization. This includes re-imagining and implementing new processes that allow the team to effectively and efficiently perform their jobs.
You will report to the Technical Experience Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
* EMEA Events Support
o You are responsible for many of the technical and logistical aspects of an event and directly accountable for its successful execution.
o You will work with multiple partner teams in the EMEA region (e.g. Marketing, Domain Experts, Product Management, ...), to coordinate and manage strategic Rockwell Automation or Partner led events in the EMEA region.
o You are the primary contact for EMEA event owner(s) and collaborate with all parties involved (regional Marketing-, Domain Expert- and Product Management teams) to ensure smooth and successful execution of all EMEA events from the early planning stages all the way through to the execution of the event (including tear down).
o During the planning phase of an event, you translate the event requirements into work packages for the team, provide guidance on feasibility and provide regular status updates to the events owner.
o Lead event technical requirements and work directly with facility and/or vendor to manage asset needs and safety requirements are addressed and communicated to the extended team.
o During the execution phase of our flagship events, you will be on-site alongside with your peers and coordinate.
* EMEA Demo Strategy Execution
o Execution of the regional demo strategy execution as defined by the global teams
o Collaborating with the EMEA product management to translate global plans to fit the regional needs.
o Working with global and EMEA product management to help successfully achieve regional NPI objectives.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
* At least 5 years work experience.
* The ability to travel throughout the EMEA regions without or minimal country restrictions.
* The ability to travel 30% of the time.
* Fluent in English. Polish, German and other languages beneficial.
* A valid drivers license.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
* Experience managing small to medium size teams.
* Capture and transform an idea/concept into business requirements and deliver positive results.
* Comprehend the requirements of stakeholders or partners to bring added value to them.
* PMP, or similar project management certification
