We are seeking a motivated, results‑driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team focusing on our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) product line.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive a specific industry/region to discover net‑new opportunities.
* Advanced prospecting within target industry/region by reaching out to companies that have displayed acquisition signals.
* Identify and engage buyers through phone, email, and social media.
* Work alongside our tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) to drive success.
* Build a sustainable pipeline focusing on quality; quantity without quality is not valued.
* Generate highly qualified opportunities with a strong likelihood to close.
* Align with stakeholders in sales & marketing across Infor.
* Lead innovation and turn ideas into initiatives that benefit the organization.
