Maintenance Engineer
In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of machinery, equipment, and technical systems.
Your Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for production facilities, machinery, and technical equipment
Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availability
Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operation
Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety
Your Profile
Technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge of maintenance methods, fault analysis, reliability management, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Experience with maintenance software and MS Office applications
Analytical and problem-solving mindset along with strong communication skills
Team-oriented, assertive, and highly self-motivated
German and English required
