Your Responsibilities at Waterdrop
* You are passionate about e-commerce and actively contribute to initiatives that drive online sales on Amazon and other marketplaces across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, as well as the USA, Australia, and CEE.
* You manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace team, supporting them to meet sales goals and improve performance across multiple platforms.
* You assist in implementing and analyzing marketing strategies, optimizing product detail pages (PDPs), and improving conversion rates (CVR) and other KPIs in collaboration with the team.
* You help manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including Amazon Ads, PPC campaigns, and Display & DSP strategies to drive sales growth.
* You stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
* You support demand planning to ensure stock availability across key marketplaces.
* You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, logistics, purchasing, product management, online operations, retention, and data analysis, to execute marketplace strategies effectively.
Your Strengths and Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce stores, Amazon accounts, or other marketplaces. Running your own marketplace or e-commerce store is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, Sellerboard (or similar), and Helium 10 (or similar).
* A degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
* A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams.
* Entrepreneurial experience or startup background is a plus.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 40,000 gross per year, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications.
