Job Description COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW WHAT YOU CAN... What Does Your Working Day Look Like... You will support our Marketing and People & Culture team with exciting projects—especially social media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok. You will contribute creative ideas to make our employer brand even more visible. You will help plan and implement internal communication measures and training courses. You will work closely with the teams at the hotel and headquarters and gain insights into various people & culture and marketing topics. You will take responsibility for your own small projects – always with an eye for detail and a lot of passion. You will maintain our internal communication portal and help plan and implement employee events. Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV... You will soon be starting your dual studies in tourism management, marketing, communication, human resources management, or a similar field. You are communicative, creative, and enjoy inspiring people—whether colleagues or guests. You enjoy working in a team, are open to new ideas, and love to create things. You are looking for an environment where you can grow and where no two days are the same.
