We are searching for a Credit & Billing Manager, reporting directly to our Financial Controller, to lead our Customer Credit & Billing team across Melbourne and Manila. You’ll oversee AR, credit assessments, billing accuracy, and collections – all while building a positive, high‑performing team culture. FMCG background is desirable.
Key Responsibility
Lead, motivate and energise a talented team across Melbourne and Manila, coaching them to deliver their best.
Own all things AR: credit assessments, billing accuracy, and collections performance.
Resolve complex disputes and aged debt with confidence, fairness, and commercial acumen.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations to strengthen communication and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and provide data‑driven insights to support decision making.
About You
You’re an energetic and people focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing positivity to your team. You have a strong background in AR, credit management, or finance, with proven experience in managing high‑performing teams. You excel at coaching and developing staff while maintaining operational excellence and compliance. You’re collaborative, proactive, and love creating a vibrant, inclusive work environment.
