Mortgage Box is creating a new Senior Client Services Manager role to support the broker and enhance back‑end operations. You'll manage loan files from submission to settlement, liaise directly with clients and lenders, and oversee a Virtual Assistant who will handle administrative tasks such as document collection and packaging. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the full loan process: valuations, pricing, lodgement, tracking, and settlement
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lenders
* Work closely with a VA to coordinate documentation, packaging and follow‑up
* Identify roadblocks and resolve escalations proactively
* Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth client transitions
* Maintain high service standards and communication throughout the client journey
* Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency as the role evolves
About You

You must have:
* 3+ years in a residential lending CSM / Loan Processor / Client Associate role
* Specific experience as a Loan Processor is essential for this position
* Minimum 3 years' experience specifically as a Loan Processor in residential lending
* Strong lending knowledge: credit policy, structures, valuations, pricing
* Ability to manage files independently end‑to‑end
* Experience mentoring junior team members or VAs
* Proven experience in formal supervision and mentoring of team members
* Previous experience in any form of team supervision is acceptable for this role
* Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
* Confidence navigating mortgage CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Permanent working rights + ability to pass a Police Check
Highly regarded:
* MYC/XRM or Xplan experience
* Experience working in a financial planning‑integrated environment
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, or similar
