WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for optimizing customer service and commercial operations, performing sales activities in SAP, coordinating information with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all sales operations and documentation comply with regulatory requirements. This is a fixed-term position for 6 months starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and individual performance. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or sales operations role, preferably in a B2B environment. Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, financial instruments, and compliance. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and cross-cultural awareness; additional languages are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service, a holistic business view, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence without authority. Collaborative and proactive team player who thrives in dynamic environments and contributes effectively to shared goals. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO: Serve as a point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Perform sales activities in SAP, including order processing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate sales records Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and information flow. Maintain and update customer profiles and master data, consolidate commercial and contractual conditions, and handle claims to support strong, personalized customer relationships. Monitor credit limits, manage rebates and agent commissions, follow up on overdue payments. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all sales operations and documentation to guarantee that all sales processes and documentation adhere to compliance regulations and company policies. Provide support in various company projects Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices and operational excellence.
