NovaTaste employs over 2,400 people.About the RoleAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial performance and enabling sales success in an international B2B environment? We are looking for an experienced Director Commercial Excellence to accelerate our growth and optimize our go-to-market strategies in Europe (incl. Asia, Middle East and Africa). If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and empowering sales teams to win, this role is for you!As Director Commercial Excellence, you will be the catalyst for commercial success. Your mission: design and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and performance frameworks that enable our teams to capture market opportunities and deliver sustainable growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives that strengthen NovaTaste’s position as a leading partner in its core markets (CPG, food service, butchers).Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial excellence strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and profitabilityDesign and monitor sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworksLead pricing and margin optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance (Pricing team) and SalesSupport go-to-market planning, including segmentation, targeting, and resource allocationIdentify and implement best practices in sales processes and toolsConduct market and competitor analyses to inform strategic decisionsDrive CRM adoption and data quality, ensuring actionable insights for decision-makingFacilitate training and capability-building programs for sales teamsAct as a business partner to Sales leadership, providing analytical support and recommendationsYour ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field5–10 years of B2B experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Business Development, ideally in food ingredients industryStrong analytical skills with a data-driven mindsetProven track record in sales process optimization and performance managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Independent, structured working style with strong problem-solving abilityFluent in German and English is a mustWillingness to travel within Europe (30-50%)What We OfferCompetitive compensation: attractive base salary, performance-based bonus, and company carClear career development and growth opportunitiesFlat hierarchies and agile decision-makingInnovative working environment in a successful international companyCompany pension scheme, bike leasing program, and corporate benefitsFree professional mental health support via nilo.healthReady to take your career to the next level?
