We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist to support people leaders and employees. Qualifications University degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
Strong knowledge of German labor and social law
Experience working with a Works Council
Fluent in German and English
