Qualifications You are confident and experienced in working with MS Office applications.

You handle sensitive information with discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
Prior experience in the HR field is preferred.
Experience in Odoo is a plus.
Your Tasks You prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts.
You are responsible for document management and the accurate maintenance of personnel records.
You take ownership of various HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
You ensure compliance with labor laws and the legal conformity of all HR processes.
You provide competent advice to the leadership team on labor law and HR-related matters.
You support the collection of HR metrics and the preparation of reports.
The annual salary is 44.450,- € gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement. Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
