Your Responsibilities
* Perform quality control and certification of supplier products, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and support supplier audits and development activities by Global Supplier Quality Management.
* Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to supplier quality performance, driving corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
* Foster strong supplier relationships, supporting joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
* Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of QM standards across the organization.
* Engage in optimization and transformation projects that will drive growth and efficiency.
Your Qualifications
* Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant field.
* Ability to break down complex issues and deliver practical, effective solutions.
* Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, machining, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
* Experience with quality tools (8D, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis); process and project management experience is an advantage.
* Solution-oriented, proactive, and motivated to drive improvement and deliver measurable results; fluent in English (German an advantage) and willing to travel up to 30%.

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,241.02 based on full-time employment per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
