Responsibilities
* Autonomous research and publication activities in the field of multilingualism with a special focus on sign languages
* Participation in existing teaching and research projects in the field of language teaching and learning research
* Participation in the planning and preparation of project proposals
* Independent development of language teaching research projects
* Independent teaching of courses and conducting of examinations
* Professional and organizational supervision of students of the Center for Language, Plurilingualism and Didactics
* Coordinating and organizing collaborations and events (workshops, conferences, meetings)
Profile
* Completed doctorate/PhD in Linguistics
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Very good knowledge of sign language (ÖGS)
* Enjoyment of scientific work and working with students
* Organizational experience, assistant experience
* Experience in project collaboration
* Independent and goal‑oriented working style
* Very good communication skills
* Intercultural competence
* Ability to work in a team
Salary
We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 69,060.59 for a full‑time position. Overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
