As a Senior Product Designer you will join our cross-functional Growth squad to design experiences that delight users and have a measurable impact on business results. Team up with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and others as you help optimise the journey from browsing to purchase for millions of users worldwide. You will also become a crucial part of our growing Experience Design & Customer Insights team.
Responsibilities
* Measurably improve purchase conversion as the responsible designer for our shop, checkout, landing pages, and more.
* Collaborate with business, technical, marketing, and UX roles to understand user and business needs and translate them into effective, appealing solutions.
* Design and prototype at all levels of fidelity - for iOS, Android, and Web - balancing rapid experimentation with in-depth exploration of complex user journeys.
* Carry out qualitative user research efforts such as moderated interviews or unmoderated usability tests.
* Lead or actively participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops to foster a user-centered design process and solve customer problems.
* Contribute to our design system while honoring our brand guidelines.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in designing native mobile apps and responsive websites, demonstrated through a portfolio of metrics-driven and exploratory projects within agile, cross-functional teams.
* Proven UX skills across Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, and User Research.
* Solid competence in Information Architecture and Service Design; mastery in this area is a plus.
* Ability to balance qualitative and quantitative methods to measurably improve consumer-facing experiences end-to-end in fast-paced, iterative environments.
* Excellent English skills to present design work, facilitate workshops, and articulate design decisions.
* Open to feedback from users, colleagues, and leaders, share learnings openly to benefit others.
* Eligible to work in the EU/Austria.
* Able to relocate to / based in Vienna.
Nice to Have
* German proficiency for moderating research sessions with our DACH userbase
* Track record in optimizing conversion funnels for online shopping experiences
* Familiarity with Analytics software to understand real user behavior
