Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to various HR functions, employees, and managers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
2. Payroll Management: Facilitate, monitor, and ensure quality throughout the payroll cycle(s), guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
3. HR Systems Maintenance: Maintain and update various HR systems, ensuring the highest data quality.
4. Document Preparation: Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
5. Time-Tracking and Attendance: Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
6. Employee Guidance: Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
