Job Description

We’re Sircle Collection – the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods – and we’re looking for a bold, driven, and passionate Sales Manager to lead the commercial efforts for our two Max Brown hotels in Vienna.

You’ll be the face of Max Brown in Vienna – building lasting relationships, turning prospects into loyal partners, and driving corporate, group, and event sales with confidence and creativity. You’ll lead the local Groups, Meetings & Events (GME) team, championing Vienna as a destination for unforgettable stays and experiences.

Responsibilities


* Build and grow the hotel’s corporate and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events business through smart sales activities, developing productive relationships with key clients
* Develop a clear business development plan and activate it with purpose and consistency
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on commercial strategy and exceed targets
* Keep a pulse on the market and use your insights to boost performance and spark new ideas
* Represent our Max Brown, Vienna Hotels with charm and professionalism at meetings, events, and industry gatherings

Job requirements

Ideally, You Bring The Following With You

* Experience in hotel sales or a comparable commercial role, ideally with a solid understanding of the corporate sector as well as Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE)
* A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written English and German skills
* The ability to work independently, along with positive energy, curiosity, and a proven track record of achieving goals
* Comfort working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities – flexibility comes naturally to you
* Experience in organizing and attending client and networking events
