What You Will Contribute:
The aim of this position is to provide sales support in the realization of the specified (short, medium and long-term) sales targets and results. This position will need to achieve and maintain a deep technical understanding of the product line, its capabilities, and its applicability into different customer applications.
Job Duties:
* Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, spare parts, and services to resellers and end customers
* Lead commercial and technical negotiations with customers to ensure optimal outcomes
* Monitor and manage quotation follow-ups using the CRM system
* Maintain accurate data in the ERP system, including item descriptions, pricing, and discount structures
* Oversee order processing, including coordination with production and sales administration
* Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to create and set up new items
* Develop a strong understanding of product functionality and key selling points
* Actively contribute to the enhancement and optimization of CRM and ERP systems
Education and Experience:
* Professional experience in inside sales of technical products, preferably repairs, spares & services is desired
* Completed technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g. HTL)
* Alternatively commercial school and professional experience in technical sales
Qualifications:
* Advisory skills with a strong customer-centric approach
* Excellent English and German verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized, with a structured and self-directed working style
* Knowledgeable in the use of ERP and CRM systems
* Understanding of economic principles and business processes
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

Working Conditions:
* Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment

* Type of Contract: Full-time
* Workplace type: Hybrid (2 days work from home and 3 days in the office together with the team in our location in Vienna)
* Salary: according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement
