Compliance Risk Assessment Expert (f/m/d)
Your main tasks in this role are:
* In this role, you will be responsible for the variety of compliance risk assessments, both general and subject matter specific.
* You will consolidate existing data and compliance risk assessments to enhance our risk management system by following globally acknowledged standards, regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law.
* You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring, and reporting obligations.
* In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems.
* You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization.
* Providing guidance and advice on risk and compliance issues completes your remit.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field.
* As a Compliance Risk Assessment Expert, you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a risk and compliance role, with a focus on risk management.
* You have got in-depth knowledge of risk and compliance management standards.
* You are business fluent in English.
* An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
